Is that for your band? I could imagine a drum machine sound going pretty well with that dark sound.
It's not FOR my band it IS my band!

I'm planning a solo recording project that will most likely be full of dark sounds.
Would you say these sounds are big, or black?

Quite nicely.

The Slow Ride od/fuzz is dirty to begin with and only gets more fuzzy. Pretty bright on one setting and much mellower on the other. Did a great job pushing my amp over the edge.

The Babbling Flower fuzz is...wooly and dark through most of its range, has two modes as well that are subtle at lower listening levels but one is more harmonically rich. There is a really cool unique texture to the fuzz, sort of a....not quite bubbling but..I don't know how to describe it. Spoiler alert...I'll make some demos tonight. They sound humongous together.

They both share a house sound. I'm really pleased with them.

Nice, thanks for the opinions. Humongous together is good.

Indeed, the Bubbling Flower isn't very high gain and seems to benefit from the boost. But these are just what i noticed from plugging them in to make sure they work. I'll dig into them later and see how they make me tick :omg:

Squier Bass VI arrived yesterday. The cheap finish got all scuffed up just trying to put a shoulder strap on. Other than that, though, it's awesome. :joy:
