And there I am in Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, at three o' clock in the morning, looking for ten thousand square feet of dark carpet to fill a stadium, or Skully wouldn't go on stage that night.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
I used to talk so much crap on the ocd for the longest time and then one day I just randomly fell in love with it. Probably when I tried it on bass and then I tried it on guitar through my Traynor. Then it was total hearteyes. Was playing a version 4 for a while, then I got my own which was a v6, and today I found this v3 locally for pretty cheap. Sure enough, it outperformed the other two versions in every way possible. Hate saying it and adding to the lame tgp hype, but it really does sound entirely different.

To your point...i avoided the OCD thinking that its an overpriced OD pedal...but when i played it, i realised its really nice...and with gain on full on the HP mode, it does a really nice distortion job too!

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
If you undo the little side mount screws, the back pops off and the inside is marked with what version. They are actually up to version 7 now! Which I didn't even know until I picked one up and it was a version 6. It's a bit confusing because they still advertise them all as V4, but they are definitely different.samzadgan wrote:interesting...I recently got the V4 i think...not really sure, i bought it new a few months ago, so assume V4...whats the difference you heard between the the v3 and v4??

EDIT: they all sound like an OCD at heart, v3 IS FUCKING FATTER, THICKER, AND yet easier to tame, hmm...

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
"Sounds fatter" would have done it bro!
I do appreciate you going through the detailed differences, gives me a good understanding. If this was TPG i probably would have switched off, but this ilovefuzz...and here its all good in my mind!
i'll check out the version on mine tonight. To be honest i don't find the stuff that you mention on mine...then again i have mine on a very light overdrive setting, which i use for my bluesy inspired moments, and if i want to boost the pharaoh...so maybe i bypass the issues that is inherent in my version
