Snare sounds great!

Dude, that's pretty metal...
lol. that's.... that's our dubstep'ish song. gets a little grindy at the end. WOOOOOOO.

thanks guys! uff. it's been such a BLAST. i was kinda skeered 'cause she has worked with loads of awesome people (and Tool), but she's just.... wonderful. super nice, all kinds of having fun energetic, the bearded dooder is Ian the engineer and HE'S hellza cool. everything we've asked to try they've been like, "YAHP. SOUNDS GOOD. LET'S GIVE THAT A WHIRL.". and suggesting fun shit.

heh. one of the "mics" on the drums is a 12 string funky guitar with hot ass pickups in a stand pointed at the kit.

Bro, I had to google her to understand the bonerz. MY God Ben! You are one lucky duck! I hope this shit takes you guys to the next level!!!
SHUT IT YOU. TooooooooooooooLZ.

dood. f'REALZ. i'm kinda still all wubbly shocked at the opportunity. MURRRR.

...... and damnit. was chatting with the engineer at the end of the day and he started saying, "you know some of the bass tones actually remind me of (and i can see Paul in the background silently mouthing "please say Tool please say TOOL") some of the tracks Paul D'Amore sent in for his new band.".

Asked for options then went AWOL. Lol.

But yeah, no iOS for me. Pisses me off the H9 is just sticking there. Geh. Would be cool to have but I'm not giving up on my iHate for a pedal. Ha!

The Mobius rocks. It's just that I rarely use it and the extra $250 I would make in the switch would be lovely.

Oh man, that's just a fucking amazing video, Behnder, you have no idea how jealous I am. Although I'd be so stupid and gushing if I ever met her, that I'd just embarass myself. It would be like the Chris Farley show when he interviewed Paul McCartney.

Even if you're not a Tool fanboi, that's a pretty high complement, honestly. D'Amour's bass tones are pretty damned beastly, regardless of whether you like the music or not.

I AM CONCENTRATING. I AM SERIOUS BIDNESS MAN DOING SERIOUS BIDNESS THINGS.

........ i thought Paulsy was doing a panoramic. trying not to wreck it.

Chiefy - no, of course. it's a huge compliment and i appreciate it. i don't dislike Tool, just not into them. and hew as actually talking about the new thing D'amour is doing? Low Shelf or something? i guess Massy and them recorded everything but the bass, that bass player left then D'amour sent in his recorded tracks. they said they were going to record their next album. NICE.

um. i'm working my way up to asking her about working with Bjork. 'cause. you know.

BJOOOOOOORKKKKKKKK.

Yeah, I know they're talking about his new stuff, and I love everything he did post-Tool as well. He played guitar in Lusk, which put out an amazing fucking album. And he played all of the guitar and bass on that Feersum Enjinn album he put out like 3 or 4 years ago, and his tones were really tasty on that one too. I dig Pauly and I can't wait to hear the next thing he's doing.

I love that she did the first SOAD album, and also that she recorded Machines of Loving Grace, who are one of those sneaky awesome bands that I don't listen to all that much, but whenever one of their songs come on, I fucking love it.

Dude, Behndy would TOWER over him. Maynard is a short dude. I met him once when he was selling his wine. I swear I had at least 8 inches on him, and Behndy is taller than me.
