Just saw that the official pics of this year UK North East Awards in my industry are now online...
The company I work for won and one of my colleagues (employee would be the correct hierarchical term but I do not support this obsolete concept, like Peter Drucker I see the organisation as a community) was runner up in her category so there had to be a picture.
The photographer said everybody was boring and very formal, and asked if I could make it fun... I tried!
