We're actually Smoking a Salmon that my friend just brought back from Alaska... I can eat Brisket anytime anywhere, we have Brisket Tacos at Taco Cabana... Pro tip; put Brisket in your Pinto Beans for some Real Cowboy Grubbin...

My dad and I just pulled the three butts that had been smoking for six hours. Going back in for a bit before saucing. We also have 4 racks of ribs smoking.

Boom.
There's three more pans of pulled pork, as well as, baked beans, green beans, bbq slaw, corn on the cob and white rice.
