I like the "hard but fair" policy of this game overall, but the Bed of Chaos battle is bullshit, even for Dark Souls. Maybe one of the lamest boss fights ever. It should be fairly simple once you get the hang of things, but it's just way too easy to fuck up the jump or get swept into a pit.
I lost 150k souls which normally would make me quit the game for a while, but it's not a big deal since I'm staying at SL25. Or maybe SL30...but I really like helping people fight the gargoyles and I'm afraid I'll be too high level to be summoned by most people there. Undead Parish is one of my favorite areas of the game because it doesn't have such a heavy air of isolation.
I agree. I like keeping my character at a low enough level to be able to continue being summoned at the gargoyles. Same can be done in the Depths...which is a great place to farm humanity, as well.

Don't quote me, but I think there is some stuff online about fixing this issue.

Yeah, I tried a bunch of stuff and had it running intermittently for a while. I think I've got it solid now, though. :thumb:

1080p w/ max settings, holy shit this game is gorgeous

I'm only an hour or so in but it has been quite fun as well. Love the Metro series.

I wasn't sure if I would ever mention it on here but I figured since there is a gaming thread SOME of you might be into it. I have a gaming channel (even though I am pretty horrible and not the craziest guy) - it has started getting... kind of popular i guess.

Anyways, check it out if you are into minecraft and little bits and what not here and there from other games. Subscribe if ya like. http://www.youtube.com/theheartben

Just out of curiosity, would any of my fellow budget PS2 game fans happen to have a copy of Michigan: Report from Hell they would be willing to sell me for non-jacked prices?

Battlefield 4. God help me, But I bought a dodgy ebay copy for 50 bucks rather than the 80 bucks that they're selling it for on Origin or any game store.

Fuck Origin and Battlefield, but eh? :idk:

I quite like Jontron's solo stuff, but I never really got into GG.

I think that I prefer gaming channels that make videos about games rather than uploading fifty 10 minute videos of let plays a day.

Haha those cosplay vids are so fun. There's another couple that have cracked me up. Notably to The guy who dressed up like Shiva in the Darkwood Forest.
