He's awesome. He's a Swedish dude who is taking the mickey out of vacuous Eurodisco. But at the same time he is totally living it. Günther is a name that at least in Swedish just sounds massively cheesey and overly German.

yeah, ü isn't a Swedish letter so it wasn't on my mobile when I first posted. Sucks. It's tough being a metalhead without a European keyboard... Mötorhead, Mötley Crüe, Queensrÿche. Funny thing is Swedes pronounce the metal umlaut like a real letter... moetley kry, moetorhead... hahaha.

Not sure why I'm posting that, but it's super rad.

This guy I know from gigging around town, played shows together once or twice, just hit me up about a fun project. He started a Misfits cover band awhile back (Braineaters-A-Go-Go) and they play once every couple of months. There may be a line-up change in a few months and wanted to know if I wanted the spot if it is available. Skull face paint, Devil Locks, and 2 minute songs! SWEET.

Re: The Kitten Room and TB Mega Thread ^.^
Just got back from my trip to Italy and my redone SubT was waiting for me. This is the second time its come back from being worked on. The first time was for the change Taylor made...everything seemed to have been fixed with the exception of the noise bleed through. I was a little miffed as that was the entire point of sending it back in the first place. Taylor had me send it back to his guy in Colorado (and nicely refunded all of my shipping at this point), and the noise is mostly gone, though still a bit there. I think I can live with it as I don't think it would be noticeable while playing live (might be hard to track with it though).
Is it just me though or is the circuit more sensitive than your standard octave? I'm used to cleaning up my technique to get the best Octaver performance as I've been playing at least a couple songs each gig based on octavers (mostly analog ones) for over 4 years now. While the tracking is good, it seems that any little string vibration gets picked up by the synth circuitry. The "clean" octave part seems normal, but the synth parts seem really touchy? Anybody else experiencing this?

yah. i think they're a tad touchier too. mines is way less noisy, but it seems to be too quiet now. like maxed with the synth voices, alone or together, isn't at unity. gotta play more.

Re: The Kitten Room and TB Mega Thread ^.^
Wouldn't you be able to get around the sensitivity issues by putting a pedal way below unity gain behind it?
Never played one, and that seems really inconvenient, just thinking out loud.
