Ah, that will be a rad arsed show indeed.

The dude I sent my EX-7 off to got it today. The treadle snapped in shipping. Hopefully he doesn't try to blame me as it was his idea to stick it into an express post satchel (read, plastic bag). I double layered that thing in packing foam and then doubled up again on bubble-wrap, too. Put a whole buncha foam peanuts in there. Never again am I sending anything like that, even at the buyer's request. That thing was perfect when it left my hands.
He should be ok though, seems like a cool guy.
Just makes me a bit grrr. Yeah, Auspost is expensive, but its still better than shit you just paid for arriving all fucked up.

yeah I can't wait. Check out the other band on the bill. "Holy Grove" I'm really digging it.

Shipping stuff is always nerve racking. I was so stressed when My ACC 150 was on its way to Summit. Make them buy you a new one!

Nah, I was the seller this time, but it was his idea to cheap out on postage, even after I uttered the immortal, "you sure?".
No matter, out of my hands now.

Listening to Strymon Timeline videos on youtube now the kids are napping.
Fucking want.

Edit: Downloading that Holy Grove demo now. How can anyone knock back a song called "Witch Tit"?
She has a great voice, too.
That is gonna be one helluva show! :doom:

Here's a few pics of the Simms Watts AP100 I got a few weeks ago, just generally tidying it up, new stand by switch and new power tubes soon.

It was previously modded with these three switches at the back that seem to dampen the sound a bit so just have them all up all the time, still need to trace exactly what they're doing..

That's Pierce Brosnan in The Matador.

I almost went with David Arquette's mustache from Scream.

Nice Moose! Your's looks to be as clean as mine! Maybe it's the metal used but there is basically no corrosion in mine.

DOS! NO! You are an angry rabbit! Now you are a confused Mexican?

That Doom Bloom looks awesome. I had an Algal Bloom once and I really should have spent more time with it. I think I had it for two days before I put it in the old HCFX Doom Room tourbox and sold it to Alex before the box made it all the way around. I really liked the sag feature on it. I need to mess with another one sometime. Board is going for an overhaul. Small Stone is traded for an Ernie Ball volume pedal, Xerograpoh Deluxe takes Small Stone's place, and the Dynacomp is coming off the board too. Not sure if I wanna trade it or not. I kinda wanna put another noisemaker on board, but I'm not sure it would actually get used in any of our songs.

that doom bloom really does look great what kinda family does the bloom sit in? been figuring some changes in my board. Got given an old Ibanez ph7 phaser that really enjoying as a contrast to my rocket phase. Nice and chewy with the feedback up high. Univibe might go on too and one of. my tremolos will be on. too. Big question is what extra dirt do I want on. there. Too many choices Ibanez standard fuzz is leading atm.
