intro to Python (programming) free course, anyone else down?
check it out, I'm trying to get into programming and I found this on coursera.
https://www.coursera.org/course/interactivepython
who wants to be my coursera buddy, we can take a bunch of the same courses, and share secrets, do eachothers hair, make out. Sounds fun, dont it?

Python is super beginner friendly and way more intuitive with its syntax and workflow than most languages IMOoldangelmidnight wrote:I've been thinking about learning some coding language.

Python is the shit.
I just recently got into linux and it seems like the language to learn. Haven't figured out a way to do it easily though.... until now..

I've been planning on the coursera Python class, as well as Programming for Musicians and Digital Signal Processing.
In the meantime, learning Python on Codeacademy.com has been working well for me.

Class semi-started tonight.
Looks like there's a peer review section. We can use this thread as a way to link each other's stuff for review if y'all want.
