Re: Let's see your ART!
Doing some tidying ion my HD and found this stuff, it might look like a flippin' school project but I found it amusing.
One night in 2004, I decided to improve the shitty idea of having a scrunchy wrapped around the neck of my bass over the nut and started putting all this shit together:
I started sewing in accordance with my plans:

Thought about a little logo for this stuff:

Finished the proto:

Quickly drew a "Tapbeedy" mascot:

"Vectorized the bug":

Thought about merchandise...

Had some fun...

And forgot about it all... A year or so ago Gruv Gear launched the FretWrap, basically the same idea. (http://www.gruvgear.com/fretwraps)
I actually have two of their products and they work OK, mine was working better but was a bitch to make!

Wow, that is really wild! I can't believe you made a logo and everything and then forgot about it... sounds like something I would do... minus the sewing. >.>

Sometimes I glitch up photos on my iPhone. It's more of a just for fun thing to do, but maybe it qualifies as art..?
This one is pretty, shot on thursday and glitched up on friday.

Older ones I like:

Hecate. I'm loving using grey scale....

Spring. Next installment of my own Seasons Series. Unfortunately, this was as close as I could get to the real-life colors in a photo, with a bit of editing. Maybe if I'm feeling up to it I'll re-do it later on.

Here's a bowl. 12 inches dia. Birdseye maple, cherry, jatoba.
Yeah it's art. Well at least I think it is. Okay so it's a little understated, but it is the biggest one i could make on my machine.

Selling some of my paintings in the B/S/T. Will probably put up a few more tonight when I get home and take some photos. Could really use the cash right now, so if anyone wants one please let me know.
Sorry for the Spam.
Also, phantasmagorovich, the first and third one of those would make sweet album covers.
