Never had a timeline but the El Cap as a warbly chorus with the time fully ccw is KILLER

I'm not so worried about the color scheme, as long as the different effects types all have similar colors  White for utility, black for verb, and grey for delay. Blue for mod would be pretty cool.

I find myself not really using the Möbius much these days. I love phasers and Univibes but they sound a bit too obvious or at least like things I've personally overused. Tremolo would be great except that effect in general just doesn't seem to like me but I would love to sound like Johnny Marr. I've been using a bit of flanger because it can add atmosphere to fuzz especially if you run it slow. The real star on my board is the Superego. I was about to give up on it then I started a new band and in that context it's just amazing. They should change the name to CoolDramaticShitHappensWhenYouStepOnThis. It can soar and make these majestic parts that sing like a choir or with some deep reverb and volume pedal action it can mournfully cry or with the POG I can get these alien horror movie subsonic swells like the world is about to end.

I've been jealous of that B.A.T. Burial Chamber ever since Skip got it. I can't believe it's mine now. Decided It was time for a Board pic.

BAT Pharaoh, Elements, Electric Heat Ape Blaster Fuzz (AKA one knob wonder), BAT Destroyer, BAT Burial Chamber, all int the GT-10's effects loop.

:doom:

Sick stuff, mate. I'm glad the pedal arrived and you're bonding with it.

hah, nice you remember :)

simply put - Whetstone is nice, but it was just too complicated for me
and the original Small Stone has SMOETHING to the sound... yes, there IS a noticeable volume drop and it's not perfect and doesn't offer as many possibilities, but it has certain magic to it :) of course that every now and then i'm like "man, i could really go with the Psilocybe and not deal with the drop" or I think about getting the Whetstone again, but then i remember i've already sold my tall font Sovtek Small Stone to get a Whetstone and then I ended up going back to a Small Stone again :D

it doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it does the one sound perfectly :) Actually "the small stone sound" was something I had trouble remaking with the Whetstone... the smooth phasing with just the right amount of mix and depth and all is quite unique to me :)

I have the same model Small Stone and I modified it to get rid of the volume drop. It's easy to do and makes it a much more usable pedal in a band context. You should hit up Schlatte or somebody to take care of yours

Bayonet - your board is awesome
