We use the 11s and 12s and the bass set of 120s from their heavy core range and love them. The Heavy core 12s are plenty fat for C standard. My C# guitar has the 11s.ryan summit wrote:anyone here try the dunlop 13s

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
I have heard many many stories similar to this. I just imagine myself being like Julian and Ricky from TPB and all though looking sketchy as fuck they don't suspect anything from me at all hahaha. Really though if I do this everything would be shipped and insured as it helps cover both ends asses.D.o.S. wrote:The dude who sold me my OR115 was a Canadian TB'er, and he had some problems with the border when he sold me the cab--'cause he drove down to VT with it, then drove back like an hour later without it.
I think he ended up getting off with a "hey don't do that," but there's an element of risk/PITA to it.
You sir, suck! I've loved Bolt Thrower since 98 and haven't gotten a chance to see them once. They've come around DC maybe 2 times that I'm aware of and both times I was out of town. Them and Bongzilla are what got me into sludgier metal, but nobody can hold a candle to the dual guitar melodies of Bolt Thrower. And come on they use Citadel Games artwork for every album!!!!!! No Warhammer player could ever resist buying their album.misterstomach wrote:Going to see the best metal band in the world in a minute here, bolt thrower. So excited.

Oh bummer dude I'm back in town for a minute, was about to offer to buy you a beer.
Of course, I could buy you a beer over the internet, but then I can't force you to drink it with me.

well, bolt thrower blew my brains out of my skull last night. holy shit they were amazing. i was rocking out right up front the whole time and now i have a bangover 'cause i'm old. they played almost all the jammers i wanted to hear: for victory, no guts no glory, mercenary, in battle there is no law. it was awesome. and when was the last time you saw a big metal band with t-shirts for $10? unbelievable. i should of bought two.

Wicked! That had to make for a fun game. Around here people love to play devils advocate and cheer for the opposing team just to have something to bicker about during the game haha.new05002 wrote:yea it was fun, even tho we like rival teams who played each other.
