Let us discuss all things related to GoT. Be fair with book spoilers please.

Season Three has begun and I am thrilled. So thrilled I might cut of my nip.

Any other fans out there?

I was pretty disappoint that they left out strong belwas. Theres no reason to leave him out. He doesnt say much and wouldnt be hard to include in the series. It seemed like an unnecessary cut. Also im continually amazed with the actress they got to play sansa. I fucking hate her even more in the show than in the books.

Loved the first two seasons of the show. So much that I read/listened to the first two books and I'm about a hundred pages into the third book. I've heard that this season of the show will only cover about half of the third book - not sure if that's true though. Overall I'm impressed at how true the show has been to the books.

I think its a pretty good decision splitting storm of swords and feast for crows. Those books have so much going on that theres no way they could portray them in one season.

I've made a conscious decision to not read the books ahead of the show so I can be completely surpised when my favorite characters get disemboweled or burnt alive or whatever.

I've watched the first two seasons. I save them up and marathon them at the end of the season, that way I don't have to try to remember people's names and stuff for the week between episodes. since I didn't read the books, it's much easier to keep track of everything if I take in the whole season at once.

Loved the first season and that inspired me to read all the books afterwards (which I totally enjoyed), but I was a little disappointed with season 2, it didn't really grip me like the first for whatever reason. Enjoyed the first episode of the new season quite a lot though, so I'm looking forward to the rest of it.

I may stop reading/listening until the season is over because of this.

I dug the first two seasons. I had never read anything about the books so I was pretty excited when early on you find out that magic and dragons really do exist. I was wondering at first if they were all just going to be fairy tells of the past.

Yeah pretty much. Tits everywhere.

Unlike most other adaptations I've seen, I totally recommend the show to fans of the books, it's well worth watching even knowing the plot already.
