I just moved into a new apartment and my housemate's cat is really intent on sleeping on my bed.

I don't mind the cat being in my room, I just don't want cat hair all over my bed.

I inherited the neighbors cat when they broke up and you just gotta deal with it with cats... The other options are too extreme... Cats Rule The Internet...

Option E seems ideal, but I'm guessing you're rooming for financial purposes so maybe that's not an option.
If the cat gets suited to being allowed in your room/on your bed it will prance in and do just that, and will scratch on your door incessantly to do so.
It's no responsibility of yours to allow that.

2. Get a cloth, apply some water to it, wipe down bed.

3. Get a lint brush.

4. Get over it.
