I've mostly transitioned to a Vegan diet, for health reasons as well as sanctimony. Weaning myself off milk is the last part, as I am a coffee addict. Basically my purpose is to prevent myself from eating shit food when I am oot and aboot. At home I'm good at having healthy foods around, but I drive a lot and find myself eating the worst mystery meats and gnarbohydrates. I'm not good at moderation, so abstinence is my only means of success.

Love crunch on greek yogurt right now. With a honest community green tea. I drink at least 2 of those green teas a day. So fucking good!
