I always liked the dispenser, but I don't like hard candy. :idk:

That's cray cray, rockin' an Octasynth & a Noise Box.

You don't find them too similar, goroth?

Nah, the octa is thick and synthy and tracks well everywhere. The noise box is surprisingly controllable but has a really wild side to it, and is harder to dial in. I'm trying to get away from traditional guitar sounds (mostly because we gave up on finding a keyboard synth dude) so I love having them both there. But you could probably dial them in to find some common ground. If it was a "once a gig" sorta pedal you could probably roll with either or.

Yeah, I've got both of 'em as well. Love 'em both, but sorta find them to be two sides of the same coin. They're different enough to warrant having both though. I also enjoy playing chords through the Noise Box, something which doesn't work quite as well with the Octasynth. I like synthy envelope stuff that doesn't sound like traditional guitar envelope stuff. That's why I have a feeling I'm gonna dig the Starlight DLX when I get it.

(Yep, the Pez dispenser > the Pez.)

Ah cool, preaching to the converted!
Envelope stuff rules, but these two are stupidly dynamic. Mucho fun. You are spot on with two sides of the same coin though. If I had to choose one it would be the octa, but I wouldn't like making the decision.

Some changes done on my board, I added the Loony and removed the reverb.
Also I changed the position of my vyagra boost and put it at the end of the chain.
Next change is gonna be probably on tremolo.
