i just got back from a software test at a potential employer, for which i wore black cotton trousers, a navy blue sailors' pullover i bought from J.Peterman back in the pre-Cambrian, a black wool "young Chicagoan" sport coat from Marshall Field that i bought used in San Francisco 20 years ago, a black knit cotton beret, groovy-patterned socks my ex gave me, and green Keen lace-up shoes with my purple Marmot down jacket over everything to keep me from freezing. the jackets and shoes are off now. and i really don't see any point in changing since these clothes are pretty comfy.
