I like her voice, but the distortion is overdone. To me, it just comes off as someone that can't play guitar well; it blatantly shows a lack of real playing ability, just masked with distortion. The over distortion shows a lack of confidence, like overcompensating. I guess listeners who can't play guitar confuse distortion with playing ability. They don't know any better. If it were me, I would go back and work on coming up with some nice melodic, strong guitar riffs that really showcase her vo(ice)

UGH SO GOOD
I've had Apokalypsis for a while but only just now started getting super into it.
Probably because the first time I listened to it was while I was sitting in a dentist's chair, in an otherwise dark room save for the insanely bright teeth-whitening light 2 feet in front of me. Apparently my teeth are made of glass or something...that might have been the most pain I've ever been in. Easily worse than when I could feel the drill the entire time or when I stabbed a pair of loppers through the middle of my foot.

Listening to her snarl and shriek in the first track as my teeth felt like they were boiling and exploding in my fucking head was a little off-putting from the beginning
I tried to tough it out but two sessions of that shit was all I could take.
And then the electric jolts emanating at random from my teeth for the next 24 hours...HOW I'LL THINK OF YOU KINDLY, CHELSEA.

Also lol'd at the dudes whining about the buzzing in her acoustic songs.
