Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
okay, 81 is worse - mostly because of the truckers - but it was my way out, growing up near roanoke and going to school at tech (so, sort of the reverse of your experience). hop on 81 > 66 and 4 hours later... blammo! culture! i know all about high schools in fields, though hahaha!
and the 95/beltway interchange is one of the single worst manmade things on this planet.

hahhaha yeah dude. Imagine trying to find a dude relatively close to my area who is into the shit I play and make. No wonder I went to school in Richmond for 4 years haha
And yeah. I hate the 95 interchange. And the CONSTANT construction near Tyson's Corner. Shit dude, unbearable.

hahaha PLAIN ALUMINUM ALL DAY ERR day.
How do you dig the modded AD9? I've been thinking of either doing it myself or sending it off to have it done. That board looks like a lot of fun with 0% bullshit!

Like it a lot, but have not experimented enough with it yet..
Think the board will stay this way for a while, I promised my girlfriend to not buy any pedals until March...
Did it partly to force myself to actually work with a setup instead of always changing.

I made a pact with my fiance that I'd stop buying gear too... That was about a year and a half ago
haha
But I totally understand where you are coming from in that reguard. It took a lot of experimentation, cash, and frustration to figure out that pretty much what I had when I started is what I dig the most hahaha

How is the octron before fuzz??
Octron before TAFM is the TiTz! It adds a nice synthy buzz to the TAFM and modulation completes the vibe. I like to put the trem on slow pulse after the octave +fuzz and get a machine-like beat going.
Good B/S/T dealings with: univalve, DannDubbleEwe, Shish, ThePastRecedes, GiAnt_ROboT, chutneyfarmer, Muse FTW, robapov, skullservant, MaxMaps, psychedelicrelic, guitarslinger21, space6oy, theshoegazer, bongoben, osbornkt

Heh, I grew up in Stafford, so all of this stuff that you guys are talking about actually makes sense to me. This is kinda fun.
