Yeah, that's why I said the Portland of ten years ago. It is getting much more expensive and hard to find work.
I thought people moved to Portland to NOT work... ?
Seems everyone I know (or know of) who lives there has like 6 part-time jobs they just do once in awhile.

I've been to Austin a couple times with my tattooer friend for the convention in January, and he describes Austin as "like Portland, but if most everyone had jobs."



I haven't gotten around to researching this kind of stuff very in-depth yet.
