"Look Around You" is hilarious stuff. I've been digging "Trigger Happy TV" lately though.

Ah yea and black adder too, I was also gunna add them but tried to stick to the more modern stuff, plus... I got a bit bored of little britain after 2 seasons so I didn't mention that, but I can add even more programmes if we go down that route though... which I will do later when i'm not too tired to think. 4 a.m almost here!

I assume I don't have to mention Monty Python, if I do it's a damn shame.

Yea trigger happy was good too, could not think of the programmes name when I was writing that list only the guy in it Dom Jollys name.

Gavin & Stacey is a new one that's becoming quite popular, Catherine Tate show (which I didn't like)
The Day Today, Men behaving badly (it was like the male equivalent of Ab Fab) The Royle Family (A piss take on working class living, we don't all live like this lol)

Watch Monkey Dust for some good (and weird) Very Dark comedy Cartoon Sketch show another thing I reccomend http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jaUkt59vY1Q

I think this just became the "we all love british programmes" thread.

Ah but we love Dr. Scientist for quoteing them on his PCBs, and tbh Britain doesn't get much love so we need something.

Guys, I think it's awesome if this thread turns into everybody chatting about British comedies.. I could do that all day!

I can't believe I forgot to mention Look Around You... that's been a huge influence on me, especially when working on the website text. I think their pseudo-science and flat out lieing are hilarious! Love Little Britain too, I think that's one of the funniest skit shows ever.

Out of all the new suggestions I've got from the last several posts I think I'm most excited to check out League of Gentlemen.. horror comedy.. what a genre!

Did you guys enjoy the return of Red Dwarf? We did! Howsabout the new Dr. Whos? I've been watching those since they came back in 2005 and I think they're awesome.. and I don't know who the new Dr. is yet, we're waiting to be surprised when the show is back! *runs away from spoilers*

Hmm I was a bitt dissapointed with the new Red Dwarf but that's probably cause i'm so used to the originals and I fear change... also I missed the new Dr. Who but heard good things.

League is good, if a little strange, this is probably it's most famous scene http://www.youtube.com/results?search_q ... q=Papa+laz
The guys that did that also just started a new one called Physcoville if you like it and finish it.

Green Wing is definitley one i'd check out with that though.
