This PT is close enough, has a few extra bells and whistles 2

This OT is perfect

oh shit then its much cheaper and simpler. If you wanna stay simple enough the PT would need to be like

400-0-400 # 500 mA (or more current which is better)
6.3V CT @ 10A (or so)
100VAC Bias tap

and any nice overrated OT with a 2k - 2.2k primary.

Hey Nick, you probably remember this from the doom room on HCFX but I had a custom PT done by Heyboer close to the specs you mention here for $160 plus shipping(and paypal in my case), $185 total.

400-0-100-400 @ 1A (800VAC C.T. with 100V bias tap)
3.15-0-3.15 @ 10A

It's huge! It's about the size of the 240W SUNN Project OT. Same width and height I think but a little longer.
I could provide the part # if interested. I was also quoted $200 for a 200W 2.2K U.L. OT. $360 for the set is not bad!

1A is fuckin nuts like I said before but it would work. You would need a custom chassis for that big boy.

I honestly prefer something more like this

210-0 @ 500 mA
310-0 @ 200 mA
125-0 $ 150 mA
6.3V CT @ 10A

my friend (from the band I'm in) just got an Emperor yesterday. He had a Marshall 1960 B 4x12 that I set him up with for $350, he sold the Marshall within a day for $550 and bought this for $600 locally. Unreal deal!

I just started a stoner doom band a few weeks ago, which i play bass in. Here is my guitar players rig. He pushes it with a swollen pickle and fuck this thing snarls. He's currently in the process of getting an emperor 4x12 as well!
