Yea it was my first! It wasn't nearly as bad as everyone told me it was going to be. The artist said it was a good place to get something with that much filling. The only parts that hurt were the birds that were higher up on my shoulder, pretty much right on the bone. About 3/4 of the way through my bicep started twitching and got a little more sore then, so he sprayed some stuff on it that stung quite a bit but pulled a lot of blood out which took the swelling down and numbed it up quite a bit, pretty cool stuff, it was like bleeding black.
