Re: how did you find i<3fuzz?
Posted on TB for a while, then, about a year later, found the devi forums, still didn't move from TB until I traded some guy an LPB-1 and some other shitty pedal for a Never Drive. Migrated to devi's forum, then saw people posting b/s/t links from ILF. Joined up, never looked back.

The guitarist in one of my bands uses Devi Ever's Legend of Fuzz pedal, checked out her site and forum. Then found a link on her forum and been here since.

I was checking out some YouTube demo of the Prometheus and this bobbyD guy had a weird looking pedal on his board- a cosmichorus. I bought one about a week later and got crazy about dr. Scientist stuff, which led me to this forum and tons of information plus some pretty COOL pedals by ss/bs and FUZZhugger. I am glad.

Re: how did you find i<3fuzz?
Probably looking for information on some pedal I didn't buy. I came for the thing I didn't care about in the end, but stayed for the SS/BS goodness and the realization that this is one of the few cool places to be on the internet.
I play.

Re: how did you find i<3fuzz?
I found a demo for the Godzilla and my 14 year old mind couldn't process how awesome it sounded. After that, I started looking into devi stuff but was put off by the price (what, a hundred bones is a lot to a fourteen year old). Flash forward a year and I bought a destructo noctavia with birthday money and couldn't handle it. Sold it at my local guitar shop and started searching around for more cool pedlulz. At that point I found the Wolf CPU and that led me to Fuzzhugger which brought me here. I then did some hard-core lurking for about a year until I finally manned up and made an account. That brings me back to where I am now, a foul-mouthed automaton with a moderate appreciation for fuzz.
EDIT: here's the demo; this guy is the reason I'm here

I was firmly entrenched on ultimate-guitar as my only music forum since 2004 but I stopped being very active there a while back. I was just getting back on music forums after I found out Trent Reznor used a shitload of Devi Ever pedals and I wanted info on them. I found the DEFX forums and saw some people talking about this place.

I used to post on Ultimate Guitar, but left when I realized it was populated mostly with angsty pre-teens.

Re: how did you find i<3fuzz?
I stumbled upon ILF while searching for reviews for bass friendly fuzz and noise boxes. ILF was miles ahead of TB and TGP for the info I was looking for and the community seemed more chill than the other forums. I was also lurking on the Devi forum around that time, waiting for my 90 to be built and shipped, and I think some people mentioned this site over there. This place has done some serious damage to my wallet though....
