For non-bulk quantities, where are the best enclosure deals?

Postby Gone Fission » Wed Mar 07, 2012 12:04 pm

On Hammond-style boxes, the best prices I'm seeing are Mammoth Electronics and Tayda, and Mammoth is often beating Tayda. (This is before factoring shipping cost or time.) Any other suppliers of note?

(I'm assuming that alternate enclosure types aren't gonna come any cheaper. But please correct me if I'm wrong on that.)

Pedal Parts Plus has more sizes than Mammoth, but they're a tad more expensive. More color options too, however
DIRGE ELECTRONICS. (currently NOT taking orders)

^Specifically why I use PPP for my boxes generally. Those blem box packs from mammoth are hard to pass up though...<$20 for 5 powdered 125b's is awesome.

Edit: wanted to note, most of these places get you with the shipping. If you're only going to get 1-2 boxes, I'd try to find a place like Frys locally. They have hammonds, but they wouldn't be painted.

I only do a little building, but I like ordering from Mammoth. They have always gotten my orders to me way faster than anyone else and their pricing is pretty good.
