I'd like to know where people got that she's not building pedals for a year. That's not what she said. She said that she was gonna put her aspirations to have a band and make her own music on hold until she'd paid off her personal debt. That's why she's been selling off all of her musical equipment lately. She wants to get the debts she's built up paid off.

I know that people don't really want to watch 12 minute videos, but, at least don't spread shit that's patently untrue.

I wasn't sure about this. I don't think it's a case of deliberately spreading false rumors, just a misunderstanding.
