soapbars wrote:cool board, whats that tuner pedal like? acurate? good for alt tunings?

Thanks! It's amazing. As far as I know, it's the most accurate pedal tuner on the market. I use it in chromatic mode so it shows the actual note names so it'd be great for alternate tunings (provided you know what tuning you're in). There's a bit of a learning curve but it's totally worth every penny.

It is a favorite switch for the ElCap. Strymon was sold out when i got the ElCap, so i found this place http://www.railheadeffects.com/index.ph ... ils/preset

It works beautifully.

As good as that DOD preamp is, I'm more than likely going to swap it out for a fuzz. Probably a Hoof or Dirt Transmitter.

AAAhhhh the Dirt Transmitter - such a cool and wonderful pedal. I'm curious to why we don't it on boards more often.

And also - cool board :)

Its pretty sweet Eric. Obviously its not as versatile as the Source Audio pedal, but at what it does, the Xero is just outstanding. The Xero sounds great with guitar and bass as well. I really like it with the TAFM, running the QF2 through it isn't as fun. Will try running the SA Multiwave through it tonight, that should make for some fun.

I think it appreciates a thicker, fuzzier signal more than an EQed multi-bandness, y'know?
