Dudes, also check out "Double Dare" I think its called. A documentary about here transition from Xenas stunt double in New Zealand to Uma Thurmans stunt double in, er Japan or some shit.

Angel of Death was written by Ed Brubaker. Ecellent comics writer, Gotham Central, Sleeper, his runs on Captain America and Daredevil, all fucking great.
