Man, I've been on the hunt for one of these for years...
It's basically a vintage TS808 but with sweepable mids, so it gets round that goddawful midhump.
Tokai pedals are excellent, and I don't know why more of the pedal collector wonks don't want em.

Don't know yet, it's in the mail, but my Rogue Fuzz, which is similar to a Goya Fury has the same type of switch. It's just a funny stomp switch. Never seen them on anything but Goya pedals

I'm GASing for a Rusty Box, but I think that's due to the unhealthy amount of Touch & Go albums in the cd changer at the moment.

Thats a 110Vac rated switch for a lamp, look at how thick the guage is on the wire
