ok, well i just read a 10 page thread on a bad sell/tour box but im not sure if that was the reason he got banned or not. ive talked to him before and he seemed nice and fairly prompt to me but obviously im a little late to weigh in on the convo. heh.

first it was a grey area where there is two sides to the story. then someone showed up and said he sold the same pedal on ILF for $450 and never shipped. so basically he sold it twice and one person got the unit but its broken anyway. in the end, my opinion of intothegroove is good since I have done business with him. so after I heard someone else got super burnt that pretty much convinced me and I'm sure Tom felt the same although I cant speak for him.
