I haven't been able to get in touch with the forum owner (he's busy as hell this time of year), but all evidence suggests that there is a DNS problem. The domain name is pointing to the wrong hosting company.

Believe it or not, the ads to ebay auctions on FSB "pay the rent" for the most part. Money ain't the problem.
