Halloween Costumes??

Post by culturejam »

Anybody doing (or did) anything funky for Halloween?

Here is a pic of the wife and I dressed up as the neo-Nazi cultists from The Wall.

We got some funny looks at the liquor store (on the way to a costume party). ;D

I got the jackets at a military surplus supplier. They are actually German fireman's waterproof jackets.

I got the crossed hammer patches on ebay and ironed/sewed them on some wide elastic. I added velcro to the elastic fabric to complete the arm bands.

We're both wearing shit-kicker steel toe boots, but you can't see them in this pic.

I didn't dress up but one of my friends and I played and handed out candy on my porch, he was on keyboards and I was on guitar, and vocals for about 10 seconds, then we stopped playing and realized how obnoxious it is to answer random people you don't know and have to give them candy you (as in my parents) worked hard for, that a side, i would've been BATMAN!

We have a similar tradition to Halloween but it is called Sint Maarten, it is celebrated November 11 and children go from door to door with a lampion singing songs to get candy^^

But we also have halloween-parties of course and there was a sort of ghost tour through the village^^

I just drank beer yesterday on a birthday

My friends and I went as characters from Alice in Wonderland. I was the mad hatter, mainly because I already owned several different pairs of colorful pants.
well i guess, but i just don't know.

No costumes, but I carved a pretty sick pumpkin with this:

I was doing homework, so my mom was passing out candy and she said that some chick told her, "You're pumpkin is sick!" And I peeked out the window and saw people taking pictures with it.

The popular one is highwaymen costume and the crusader costume, you can choose between the above two as both of them will give u a better medieval age look.
