Australia is scary as shit from what information I've gathered in my lifetime. You have spiders that look like (and are probably bigger than) Godzilla characters, everything over there has some freaky built-in pocket...and basically there are giant spiders. I heard that the human population has been reduced to crumbling villages -- nay, mere shanty-towns -- malnourished and just barely able to repel the nightly spider attacks. How are you posting so casually? Do you really live there? Are you some rich tyrant with his own golden tower and anti-spider defense grid?

How dare you oppress the people struggling beneath you!

speaking of the wild critters in Australia...I was just watching Snake Wranglers, and it was an episode featuring Billy Bush... that man is certainly more brave than me...Apparently Australia has more highly venomous (and otherwise dangerous) creatures than practically anywhere else :erm: :wha?:

See the spiders are the least of your worries. In the last 3 weeks we have seen 5 snakes on our 4 acre property - 2 on the roof, another on our back deck - only carpet pythons and common tree snakes, but they could carry any sort of disease a rat could carry...tonight coming home I nearly ran over a 10" turtle on our driveway - not that they're scary, as long as you don't count the incredibly sharp barbed toes. And the resident koala isnt scary either, unless you count her razor claws. And dont start on the kangaroos - they'll kick you into next week if you're not careful. You look at one of those spiders, and they suddenly don't seem so bad anymore. I just count myself lucky I dont live up north...the crocs get kinda hungry in spring...
