Thanks. I probably overpaid a bit for it but it was in the EU and I had missed out on too many in the past so...

i'm tempted by the MXR Layers. i generally don't much care for freeze pedals because they sound so artificial, but this is decent.

Intriguing. I'm generally very happy with the Superego and it does some stuff this doesn't seem to do. But on the other hand this has some great features (Decay, Attack time) that would be interesting to play with. Maybe I'll try one to compare...

it seems almost tailor-made for something i do a lot, which is creating drones on loops which i usually have to do by layering stuff faded in with the volume pedal or the Attack Decay. it would simplify things a lot.

Picked up these at the post office before work. Excited to revisit the Mini after many, many years of thinking I made the wrong decision by selling my old one. Also, first phaser ever!

Wait what?!? Your first phaser ever? That is crazy. I would've expected you to have owned at least seventythree by now.
Also, is or has there ever been a Mini that doesn't look cool? Whatever colourway it always looks great!

I got one and have been exploring each mode little by little, feeding it drums from the Mooer Groove Loop, with Ottobit Jr. alongside for some comparisons. They are quite different overall. Artifakt seems the deeper of the two for sure, it just has more. The glitch mode is somewhat similar to the stutter in Ottobit, just as good quality wise but with completely different characteristics and behaviors. Definitely one of those pedals that is made for so much more than guitar or bass. It's also completely killed any lingering lofi loop junky gas.

I haven't heard of that KORG mixing console before. Looks great!
And I have a soft spot for the Marshall Bluesbreaker II. It has such a nice, warm sound. The (passive!) bypass is awful in that series, you have to use a buffered pedal to make the bypass sound good. But otherwise a really, really nice pedal.

The Korg mixer is huge, but wonderful, best mixer I've ever had by far. Luckily I had this empty 4U rack that I hung onto, it fits on top of that perfectly:Pepe wrote: ↑Thu Oct 03, 2024 5:45 pm I haven't heard of that KORG mixing console before. Looks great!

Hefty mixer! What are you using it for? Cool music room btw!Warpsmasher wrote: ↑Thu Oct 03, 2024 6:34 pmThe Korg mixer is huge, but wonderful, best mixer I've ever had by far. Right now I'm using it to mix all my pedalboards and tabletop fx, which are being fed everything from drum parts and guitar/bass loops to multiple modular patches. The idea all along has been to get as many of my extra pedals and other things into regular (or at least occasional) use as possible, and an abundant mixer definitely enables and makes that a much more realistic and achievable scenario, especially with all the separate pedalboards, which all have good versatile power supplies, they were an important start towards that.
