I'm not a fuzz dude typically, but for a while I had a No. and while it didn't ultimately suit my playing, it's such a super rad fuzz. I love that gnarly, broken octave fuzz sound. The Part Garden sounds amazing!

oh hi!

It feels wired after being on here (registered or lucking) to have any level of recognition.

SO yeah i can kinda talk long from in this format so lets do it!

Why dont i have a shark Tank?

Its on the list. along with revamping the website its just one of those long languishing things that just kinda sits on my todo list. To give a peak behind the curtain I just started my final semester of college (undergraduate in IT), still working part time at Home Depot, and making pedals. Its all quite a balance till the burden of finishing my degree is off my shoulders.
Im also pretty active in the C//E and EAE discords if you need to find me.

you helped make #RIP?

Yep! Jack called me up one morning and described what he wanted in terms of inspiration and control set, and just let me have at it. Pretty much aced it the first go. I do all the board population here and then send them off to jack for final assembly/stuffing. I have a SMD version that will eventually make it into the world.

You have really nice hair!
thank you!

What's your hair care routine?
listening to people that know better then i do. Wash every other day, condition daily. The peach aussie stuff in the purple bottle works well for me but generally i use whatever i can find down the fancy shampoo isle at walmart.

radish wrote:I really want to try a Part Garden and the Eldritch Blast collaboration with EAE.

The entire first quarter is going to be devoted to those two. Boards for Eldritch Blast just went into assembly at the fabricator and it looks like Part Garden will be done by then end of the week. Both are going to be big batches of 50. ETA for EB is sometime in February, PG is late march/early April

cantremember wrote:...Black Math both look cool. Been on the look out for that blackout version since I missed out when they were originally released.

More of those coming in the spring. got some cool gold ones on the way.

oldangelmidnight wrote:The vibe I get from MAE is: Imagine if Effector 13 was run by a sane and competent person...

This was a goal with NO./YES!/MAYBE? I looked around at the landscape at the time and no one was doing the Devi thing, crazy fuzz for not a ton of cash. I was able to get into pedals because Devi stuff was cheep and i could pick them up for whatever money i could scrounge up, and i made me sad that no one else was doing the same thing for the next kid like me. So i had to do it. In a similar vain im working to expand those pedals with other two knobers based an tweaks i have found.
(Yes i know there are licensees of the devi name and I feel the UK version run by Life Is Unfair is going good stuff with the legacy while doing interesting stuff)

Thank you all for the kind works and for trying my stuff, it really means a ton to me. :!!!:

this thing is pretty a'ight...I've been having a ton of fun with it since it arrived and it has me GAS'ing for more stuff. I really wanted to get in on the no knob RAT, but I exhibited some self control in a rare uncharacteristic moment.

Just gonna add to the MAE praise here and say FUCK YEA. I've got a NO., a massive amp and a custom Life Pedal clone that kicks all sorts of ass. The massive amp clone is the always on tone on my bands EP, and the NO. + RAT is gonna get tons of use on the new shit im working on.

Patiently waiting for the next Part Garden drop. :!!!:

Alec and I haven't discussed Maybe? at all but here's my personal one I just built up. It sounds incredible, lots and lots of different shades of fuzz in there, from normal to noisy nasty. To me MAE if like ole school ILF and Alec is a super sweet dude.

Part Garden is 2 or 3 Harmonic Percs stacked right? In the demos it sounded amazing. Should I get this or the Electrofoods one which also has the IVF preamp?
