Absolutely nothing is going to happen to him. He's going to die rich, free of consequences, probably with OANN rebranded to TrumpNEWS.

The GOP can't abandon him, they'll go to the mat to ensure that he doesn't go to jail for anything. Maybe bargain some easy Cabinet confirmations for pressure on NY to drop their investigations.

Plenty of them are hedging their bets while scurrying with the usual claims of vigilance against fraud, etc.. The fucker's got 95% in-party approval, they'll do whatever it takes to keep Cyrus Vance from prosecuting him. Might be how Biden gets to pick a cabinet at all.

Also Biden is 100% getting impeached over nothing after the 2022 midterms.
