looks killer and i bet it sounds really sludgy.

I guess I would put the slowly as a delay based on components and a drive based on sound, it's an insanely awesome pedal. My one wish is that the melt switch (may be the wrong name) was momentary, because I like to step on it for brief bursts.

The big one in the top left is a dirge cave dweller, it's been all over the world I think I was the OG owner and then I sold it (it was ugly at the time too, brown with a maple leaf glued on) and then it went to europe and then back to dirge and then back to europe with fresh new graphics and some new tricks, it has an eye on it to mess with the delay times with your foot (or lighting) and then a momentary switch to send it into oscillation, plus foot-switchable time options right now it is after my looper so that I can destroy loops, but I don't know if I love it there or if I want to be able to get it into the actual loop.

Well,it's nice to know that the pedal has probably seen more world than me.
I really would love to get my hands on a Slowly Melting and play with it, but honestly i can't see myself using it enought to justify having it on the board.

It's outstanding as a fuzz, super usable and can be gated in the best possible way.

It's a great noise maker as well, I used to have one pedal as a gated fuzz and one as a noise maker but now I just use this.

It can do some legit sludge as well if you want it to.

How's that joyo switcher?

Hey Jero,
I really like it. It depends if you need something like this. I have some switching parts where I switch from Reverb-Fuzz-Reverb to Fuzz2-Delay e.g.: that is only on button to hit.
So all 8 pedals have their own loop and you can program them to the 4 switches in each bank. After the initial setup with 3 active banks with each 4 sounds I only did minor changes. I use this now since more than 2,5 years and had several gigs with it. No downside for me so far...

So each pedal has a loop, and you can program any arrangement to the 4 switches? And then scroll through banks of 4 presets? (I should probably find the manual ) Seems pretty awesome, but at the same time might over complicate things when I've been trying to simplify

That's really cool. Keeps things easy when playing!! I've put together a board for my band practice today because I've switched to playing guitar and there's no way I'd be able to do any complex switching with it live. I think my solution is going to be slimming down to fewer pedals but I may keep this in mind if weird sounds turn out to be necessary...

I miss having my Boss ES-5 and wouldn’t mind having one again for this exact reason. It was awesome to go from multiple effects to dry distorted tones and then back. The Boss stuff can go super deep, too. And for pairing down the MS3 has some built in effects that could allow you to trim infrequently used modulation effects out. All that coupled with ability to switch amp channels as well makes for a pretty dope set of switching capabilities.

The band practice I was talking about reaffirmed my cave person tendencies though.

Amp set to feedback when so much as looked at funny, fuzz pedal, wah, delay, modulation or two. This is my thing.

Good. The headphone output is quite generous with my Sony MDR-7506, I lowered it via the software.
