I think I'll try the Brass Monkey ... :!!!:

Until then, I'll stick to the Fuzzdog PCBs lying around.
Here's a Hype Fuzz/Destructor Drive. I actually like the Drive better, has more punch, at least on bass.
Drilling wasn't totally on target, but ok.

That looks fantastic! How did you get the dynamics in the cracked texture? It looks way denser down towards FLT and PEP than towards the top. Was that just a happy accident?

The cracked texture is done via the Montana Crackle Effect spray paint. I can control it based on the distance of the spray and the thickness of the coat. A second coating shortly after the first can also add dynamics to it, but if you go too heavy it tends to eat through the base coat a bit. It does tend to line up around the edges.

How did you put the text on the pedal? Decal? That pedal looks really awesome.

It's burned in via laser beams. That's all soot and then clear coated. It's actually engraved a bit, so you can feel it like an acid etch. If I clean it out you get the paint beneath it, but the soot looks nicer imo.

Super cool
Can you use any base coat spray paint or does it need to be a certain type (IE enamel, lacquer, etc)

Any works, including powder coating. Metallic finishes are a no go though. I'm a big fan of the Montana Gold acrylic paints. Lots of variety, good color, fast enough dry time to keep the dust out.

I can do enclosure work for people if they want it, including drilling. I originally got the laser for easier accurate drill template making. With the laser it's easier to do one offs and or small runs.

Just finished up the Screaming Life, clone of the JHS Bunrunner. Used a couple of Russian transistors and an AC128 for the Tonebender side. Pretty happy with it. Can go from mild to wild, and everything in between. Special shout out to Aisha at Loe Sounds who was our partner in crime on this project.
