Fuck yeah
What do you use the whirlwind comp for? I fancy getting one to goose amp/ods into crazy fuzz but I have no use for actual compression

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
I've not found the comp useful in that respect. I was using a DOD 410 Bifet boost to even things out, and to boost the Electra (the little white-knob black box) and that combo sounded great. Kind of miss that tone, so it's a compromise taking it off the board. It's up for sale if you're interested
I suppose I could make a dual electra and 410.

It's the Greer Ghetto Stomp version. Gain and tone controls, and silicon diodes plus a couple of component value changes. The tone control is fairly redundant though.

Been a minute. My drive section is boring but it is useful as fuck. Everything else is just gravy!

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Went out and grabbed a small board yesterday. It was money I did not want to spend and people on Craigslist never reply apparently, so I bought it new. Whatev.
It's WAY small compared to what I've had the last three years and limits the crap out of me.
I'm thinking of seeing if I can mount the comp underneath the board since I'll never use the buttons (always on) and then possibly putting my Ventris on to see if I want to keep it (since they finally released the app).
Anyway, put the velcro on the board wrong (LOL) but this is a temp thing to just see what I thought. What do you all think??

Jwar, that’s sweet! Stoked you’re really trying out a small setup. I want to hear how it is for you, going from the full battleship to the little one.
