I love the sound of this on sustained notes. Fast playing sounds terrible, but the really slow change is how much the sound is degraded as a note decays is AWESOME. I just tried getting similar sounds from the clean bitcrusher on my Bitquest, but there's no way to make the modulation subtle – it's either there or it's not.
I saw that the red panda bitmap offers modulation options, but how well can you control the depth?

I fucked with it again today just to make sure I was remembering it correctly, and yeah I literally don't think this pedal does anything. Even on the clean channel there's barely any gain or boost. It's also exactly as expensive as a used tube screamer and a noise gate so I really don't get it.

I'm eyeing it as well. Not sure how I'd use it. seems like it can do everything, possibly even use it as a GPS. On the polar opposite of the spectrum I think I want that Blip Box as well. Something my little one can experiment with during the day and I can play with when she goes to sleep!!
If you get both, the kid will definitely want to play with the Zoia.
I want a blip blox for my kid as well. He has more interest in twisting knobs and making noise than actually playing, so this should be perfect. Especially run through a couple weird cheap pedals.

Agreed. Zoia has more light up buttons with purdy colors.
it's all ok... I question.. what was to total effects standout? something that did not sound like something, that didn't sound like combos of something, something that wasn't another something?

Yea. I feel this. LOL
