A bunch of disaffected guitarists will bring small things that make bleeps and bloops. I will try and palm mute them, to no great effect.
9 volt batteries will be cheaper than in Oslo.
I might fly in a bit early to Manchester and try and convince Coldbrightsunlight to do a roadtrip to Birmingham, which apparently sucks, but this is obviously #fakenews because the same place spawned both Sabbath and Napalm.
We probably won't have to use a shoe to avoid getting locked out.

Yes, so, this thing is actually coming closer and closer and it might be a good time to start thinking about accommodations, etc. The lovely Misses and I are housing three Ilfers already, and that's basically all we have space for, unfortunately.

As Goroth mentioned Dinosaur Jr. are playing on the Friday -- they were supposed to play here a couple of weeks ago but Mascis got a throat infection or some such so they've rescheduled... and as the ladyfriend and I were going to hit the December gig we're going to hit the March one... even though it is annoyingly on the first evening of ILFUK. The venue is also super rad and fairly close to my flat (the Roundhouse), so that's good. If you're interested in hitting that up with us, tickets are available online.

If you'd rather pass on the gig we'll, uh, unleash you on the pubs and clubs of north London and track you down after the gig is over?

But, very, very, tentatively, this is how it's looking so far:

Friday!
People arrive! We corral, chill, drop off gear, etc. Then those of us who are heading to the Dinosaur gig do that, the rest go to the pub or do whatever.

Saturday!
We Jam! We try gear! We try to match avatars to faces while facing a potential hangover! We go back to the pub have a few pints and wait for it all to blow over.

Sunday!
We Jam! We try more gear? We Loiter? We do things?! People leave?

Now that I know where I'm stationed for next semester I'll start looking into tickets. HYPEEE

Where in the Netherlands are you? The second time I was in the UK, I did the overnight boat ride to the Netherlands. I don't think it was super expensive...and it was really fun! I ate a space cake in Amsterdam though and made a list of every mistake I made in life #introspection.

I really want to go this cause I love London! I also really want to go back to Edinburgh and check out Glasgow but I don't think I'm going to make it

Just got word that David Rainger is in for this, putting our builder count one higher than before. Now Gigahearts really needs to come chill...
