Probably same.
I spent all weekend (what day is it, again? ) working on getting this shit to tops levels, so hopefully all goes well and it shows up on time.
Everyone who hasn't received their gift (as in, my Satan included) would you prefer a replacement main gift, or would you rather wait until my actual main gift makes it back to the builder, pushing this to a new years/January thing?
Being a bit vague because the builder is a total bro and I don't want to talk shit about them.

Depends. If it's something I'm likely to buy myself the pedging could be a problem due to "I need this (type of effect) before we go into the studio in mid January" (this is very specific to me as I'm actually trying to get a guitar board ready for hitting the studio). If it's custom a thingamajig or something my Satan thinks I'd like but that I'm not likely to get myself, I wouldn't mind the wait.
for me i would say it is not an issue, send the main thing when you get it. i *think* last year this is what happened to me anyways, got a great box of edibles and later got the main thing, which was very cool and in the end it was all very nbd bro.

Another voice in the patience camp. I'm of the opinion that "correct fit" is more important than "meets deadline" - ask my customer base.
That said, I'll be doing the 'ol bum's rush on mine. I received parts yesterday required for completion.. so I guess I can get started. I feel optimistic on actually meeting schedule on this one though, as a lot of preplanning has been laid out already..
There's always that chance of including myself in the better late than never crowd.
