I didn't see this mentioned here, yet. Anyone see this image?

Caught a glimpse of this in the Gear Preview thread, looks interesting. My friend/the other guitarist in the band will almost definitely get this, he uses the Superego a lot (too much if you ask me, heh). I'm curious about the multi-effects, if they sound good and how they interact with things in the fx loop, which I think I can see is still there. Anyway, not a big fan of EHX, I think they should have gone way further with this, given it filters, stereo, slider controls and stuff...

I have it preordered through the store I teach at. Surprisingly, dealer cost is pretty much the same as the regular SE when it came out, which makes me wonder if they're gonna discontinue or price drop the original.

I wonder if it will have an issue with input volume - none of my guitars can trigger my Super ego into doing it's thing; I have to run them through a clean boost first (and then it's fine)... or maybe that's just my guitars?

Really interested in this. The "extra" controls more specifically. The Fx-section not so much or even at all, tbh. Would've rather just had a smaller sized enclosure and added stand alone stomps of my own choice on the side.

Can I get a refund on all the mental cash I've so far spent on this pedal? That demo was ridiculously awful, and I figured Ruppert would give some decent rep. This pedal needs to be in more capable hands.

I actually want this. The glissando alone makes me want to have it. UGH.

Any ideas on price point yet?

I use the superego all the time, one of my all time favourites, so I'm definitely interested in this one. Not sure I need ALL the stuff added to it for the size though... might wait till people start selling them to check one out

Awful demo indeed. Is it just me or are Ruppert/EHX demos getting worse? Or am I just used to the pattern now?
As far as the whole attack/decay thing goes, how much of that can the "regular" Super Ego do/mimic? Any other small pedal that could do this instead?

Manual: https://www.ehx.com/products/superego-plus/instructions

Expression control "presets" seem interesting enough. Not sure how/if you'll be able to control a single parameter, though, unless it's limited to something like leave everything but that one control static when you make your two presets.

Not liking fixed feedback on the built-in delay, either, but I guess there's only so much you can work into the format, and I can't really imagine I'll use most of the onboard FX anyway.
