What's your favorite noise rock act?

SISSY SPACEK (noisecore, grindcore), SETE STAR SEPT (see previous), FULL OF HELL (again), HEALTH (first two albums), THE JESUS AND MARY CHAIN, BELONG (Shoegaze but noisy), cliche, but I adore LIGHTNING BOLT, WEED (not Noise rock per say but noisy), EX MODELS (Math Rock but noisy), MAN IS THE BASTARD (Power Violence but noisy)

Been listening to a lot of UNWOUND and STEEL POLE BATH TUB lately (not the noisiest).

The list could go on...

I like Noise, you will never here me complain about it.

Do you think Sissy Spacek (the lady) has ever heard Sissy Spacek (the band)?

I do not. She's married to Jack Fisk (set design for ERASERHEAD) so I imagine she is open minded. Not to mention she played CARRIE. John Wiese said in an interview they chose the name because it sounded 'Right' but had he known the band would go on as many years as it has, probably would have picked another name.

Are we posting some of our favorite Noise Rock bands now?

Someone said POLVO was Noise rock once and I had to explain 1. They are not, weird tuning does not equal Noise 2. Netherless, easily one of my all time favorite rock bands.
