North Korea has been making threats like that and posturing/clamoring to be a big player for years...while they've got a horrible government, I'm not sure they're capable of starting World War III (for instance, who are their allies? From what I understand, China and Russia wouldn't be stepping in to help them militarily).

Sorry...not posting to say you're wrong...I'm just not sure N. Korea's really about to throw down.
