I received a whole bunch of awesome stuff! I got a TON of snacks, some picks, a few cool rocks, a really neat patch and record, some velcro, some awesome cat stuff (my cat absolutely loves the big yarn ball), and best of all, a drone synth and a One Control white loop! I was actually just looking at this exact drone synth just the other day and I've been having a blast with it. can't wait to set up my board with the white loop.

Thanks, might need to followup on that. I have a few unanswered questions, but was able to explore this thing and think I have a general idea of its functions.

Perc + rat seems like a great combo

I'm inclined to agree.
Practical functions appear to be

(5)(6)(7)(2)
(sw2)(sw1)

HP - sw1:
1) Harmonics/input
2) Balance/output
3) Diode lift

Rat - sw2:
4) Distortion
5) Volume
6) LPF/shelf?
7) HPF/shelf?
8) 3-way mode switch, low gain/high gain/filter toggle?

The 3-way switch and nature of the filter section is where I need clarity. In any event it has a massive amount of bottom end.
Want to try with bass

I'm an asshole and intentionally asked for a blank pedal so you'd have to explore the controls blind.

We tried various other combinations, I was originally not too hot on the rat idea, but I thought it sounded absolutely wicked. Like I'm probably going to get myself one when I can wicked. It's a rat with a LM308 chip modded with the ruetz mod and switch that goes from diode bypass to standard to turbo rat (adds led clipping) modes. The HP has the vintage 2n404a and 1n695 diodes in it.

Yeah man. Thanks for landing on the combination you did. It would be extra cool if there were a toggle to invert the signal chain, but I can stick another HP behind the new pedal easily enough, and I generally prefer HP-before-everything so as-is happens to be *correct* in how I do.
Did I otherwise correctly guess the control functions w/r/t filter knob? Also which 3way switch position is which?
