Yes, BUT just be aware that it may turn up DOA. I've had a few soviet synths sent from Russia and Poland over the years that are claimed to be fully functional, they arrive, work for about 10mins, and then start to die. In fact, every soviet synth I've had has gone tits up within a year.
You look under the hood and find some seriously shoddy wiring, components hanging off that are all of values that simply don't exist in western Europe/ the US.
This is just my experience though, not to say all Russian synth sellers are doing seriously dodgy repairs etc....
