Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh man, this album. I got to see them play on this tour - we were at the venue early (and they were running a little late), so we got to witness the tail end of their soundcheck. Watching the soundperson field the sheer number of requests for the monitor mixes onstage was almost worth the price of admission alone.

Funny thing - I used to think that this was my least favorite Jawbox album, until about a week ago when I listened all the way through for the first time in ages. Now I think it might be my favorite Jawbox album. Or at least tied with Novelty.
