Enjoyed it!

Here's two recent videos for my band - BODIES ON EVEREST

f.f.o. two basses, drums, too much dirt, feedback, horrible stuff, not having fun.

First one is a live session recorded in a studio not far from home, there's a whole season of these and they're all great!

Second is a video captured at a gig we played a few weeks ago.

Hope y'all dig.

Weird video for a weird song. Invested waaayyyy to much money in this video, but really happy with how it turned out. Curious to see how many people get the full story/idea behind the video? Also I'm the guy in the ridiculous knitted head. I also sing and play guitar on the track.

Recently decided to sign out some film equipment from my college and shoot a "Live Acoustic Session" for a couple songs with my band. Used 3 mics- MD421, SM57 and E835 in order to capture the 2 acoustics and vocals. I'm very new to live recording and could use some advice on how to improve my mixing or recording technique.

The guitars themselves were pretty sketchy, the one broke a string moments before we even recorded this haha.

Anyways, we're usually much heavier- as in Hard Rock, Classic rock, Psych rock, alternative .etc but in the absence of a drummer we figured we'd just put out some stripped down acoustic versions in the meantime theres fuzz in the real version though)

I'd be open to any feedback you guys have- whether its on the song, the recording, the mixing or even the video! Let me know what you think.

Does it count if I made the animation for the music video, but I didn't make the song?
