My problem with the gk3 is that I wish the actual tremolo itself was better. The lack of a volume pot is criminal and the depth curve bothered me a bit. More nitpicky is my wish for it to have a tap multiplier, so it can be sequence at half or whole notes more easily. Then I guess I would make it 8 steps, but then at that point it would have so many knobs it would be unwieldy (Pfft, as if.)

I would still love one to put in the loop of my superego.

Dude. The GK has a volume knob on the back of the unit. hahahahahahahahaha LOFL!!!

Now I will say if you're using the GK for a straight trem, there are WAY better options. If you're using it for noise making and random craziness, it's hard to beat. It takes some diving in for sure, but it's a fucking amazing pedal if you take the time to learn it. I love that thing. I've owned one what like 5 times now? Currently own one and don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon.

I had to have that volume knob maxed at all times and I still felt it was too quiet. And if I ever went for weird noises, it always ended up sounding the same on the majority of the modes. I just didn't find it that impressive of an effect for the price people want it for.
